Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Level 2 Product Analyst for the Market Analytics team. The role requires a highly technical background with data engineering experience and an analytical mindset to derive insights from complex data sets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and optimize pricing, underwriting, distribution, and claims processes, while focusing on profitability and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Product Analyst, Market Analytics team
• Highly technical (e.g., data engineering background) with analytical mindset
• Strong insurance/analytics background with flexibility on technical depth
• Collaborative, extroverted, big-picture thinker — NOT heads-down or purely task/transactional oriented

Technical Requirements

• SQL: Required
• Data visualization: Tableau preferred; Power BI acceptable — either strong proficiency is fine, the other can be learned
• Other tools: Python, data visualization tools mentioned as teachable
• Education: STEM degree preferred — data analytics, statistics, math, finance, or engineering
• Experience: ~3 years minimum; portfolio and demonstrated skills matter more than raw tenure

Must-haves
