Job summary

ROR Partners LLC is seeking a Marketing Analyst to leverage analytics, BI platforms, and AI-enabled tools to drive data-based marketing strategies. You will partner with Analytics, Data Engineering, Media, and Client Success to translate data into strategic decisions and automate reporting.

The role emphasizes on-site work from Superior, CO with limited hybrid flexibility and close collaboration with the Director, Client Analytics. A discretionary bonus may be considered for top performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, business, or related field.
• Up to 5 years of analytics experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client dashboards in BI tools (Domo/Tableau/Power BI).
• Publish daily/weekly client metrics and derive actions from insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and coordinate with Data Eng on discrepancies.
• Deliver periodic readouts and recommended optimizations to clients.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Media, and Client Success teams on performance.
• Develop predictive models and AI-enabled reporting workflows.
• Communicate insights directly to clients and leadership.
• Automate reporting processes using AI and governance standards.
