Job summary

Burtch Works is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager in Skokie, IL (on-site) to lead analytics across marketing, eCommerce, and web experiences. The role involves translating complex data into actionable business recommendations, developing executive dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing investment and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role, preferably within marketing, eCommerce, or web analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL; large-scale data analysis; advanced Excel; BI tools; attribution modeling; and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Executive Reporting & Insights: Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Optimization: Collaborate with UX, development, and eCommerce teams to improve acquisition, retention, and site performance.
• Experimentation: Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; govern testing roadmap.
• Customer & Marketing Analytics: Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and purchasing patterns to influence strategy.
• Performance Improvement: Identify gaps, propose solutions, set KPIs, and ensure execution accountability.
• Executive Communication: Present data-driven findings to senior leadership and drive follow-through.
