This role partners with Brand, Finance, and Paid Media, focusing on marketing efficiency, not media activation, and offers senior leadership exposure and significant impact in a digitally-focused consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing effectiveness, or brand analytics.
• Strong financial modeling skills to support investment decisions.
• Experience with brand health measurement platforms (Kantar, Ipsos, Qualtrics).
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the MROI framework and ROI models.
• Provide executive reporting dashboards and materials.
• Partner with Finance and Paid Media to guide budgeting and investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Insights, eCommerce and Commercial teams.
