Life Fitness invites you to join its 12-week internship program at the Global HQ in Rosemont, IL. This hybrid role supports the marketing organization with a strategic analytics project to centralize performance data and turn insights into action.

You'll build dashboards, analyze performance, and create reports across marketing disciplines. Mentorship, hands-on projects, and exposure to AI tools enhance professional development in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, graduating in 2028 or 2029.
• Preference for a minor or concentration in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar.
• Experience using AI tools and data visualization platforms to generate insights is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance dashboards consolidating data from multiple marketing platforms and reporting sources.
• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Create reports and visualizations that support data-driven decision making across marketing.
• Partner with marketing leaders to improve access to key campaign performance metrics.
• Explore AI and automation tools that enhance reporting and analytics.
• Gain exposure to diverse marketing disciplines including communications, content, social media, and digital marketing.
• Participate in a 12-week cross-functional case study culminating in a presentation to senior leaders.
