IEX is seeking a Marketing Analytics Intern to collaborate across MarComms and business teams, sharpening analytics and insights for marketing performance, fairness, and transparency. About the Role:

As aMarketing AnalyticsIntern withMarComms, you will work with individuals across the organization to help advance IEX’smarketing data and analytics insights. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able toleverageboth your qualitative and quantitative skills to help IEX set new standards and raise the bar for performance, fairness, and transparency.

No prior finance experience is necessary - just an appetite to dive deep into data, managedeadlinesand bewilling to learn! As an intern, you will helpelevate the current analyticsframeworkand architecture tohighlight moreactionable insightsfor theIEX Businesses well as the IEX Brand,including exploring how AI tools can be used to surface insights faster and more effectively.Thisposition willnot only communicateinsights to theMarCommsteam, but to the IEX Businesses and IEX Executives as well.The Marketing Analytics Intern willhelp toretaindata integrity,build dashboardsas well aselevate findings andcommunicatethem to theappropriate parties.This includes setting benchmarks and KPIs,measuring againstthose metrics and providing insights toprogress the businesses forward.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Work with the marketing partners and corporate communication team across the organization to buildanalytics dashboards that will drive progress forward and uncover areas to improve
• Apply AI tools toidentifytrends and patterns in marketing data that inform decisions
• Work closely with the team on understandingandknowledge sharing data analytics as it relates to marketingandoptimizingperformance
• Generatemeaningfulinsightsthat can be used acrossthe businessto effectively communicateand inform with data

Your Background:

• Undergraduate working towards a degree in Business, Analytics orMarketing
• Knowledge of translating raw data and turning it into actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience working with different levels of data across digital platforms
• Ability to manage differing priorities and expectations whilemaintainstrong working relationships both internally and externally

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is $35.00 / hour for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
