About This Role

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Marketing Analyst. This role can be remote.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in providing actionable insights to optimize our strategies. Strong excel skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for the role. You will be responsible for gathering and entering data, analyzing results, creating and updating reports and slides, and responding to specific data requests as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Prepare and deliver findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders clearly and persuasively, both in written reports and formal presentations
  • Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to improve the organization's competitive position
  • Prepares materials for meetings manages maintenance of sales and marketing statistics, and tracks programs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
  • Manages and participates in the logistics of marketing events to ensure the successful execution
  • Use Excel functions and formulas to analyze large data, Extract and consolidate data from various sources for analysis and reporting data
  • Develop reports to monitor key performance indicators on a recurring basis
  • Create and customize ad hoc reports and respond to specific data requests
  • Interpret and present complex concepts in an understandable manner to various audiences

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in data, revenue, or profitability analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI including the ability to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other complex formulas and to summarize large raw datasets
  • Problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respond to inquiries with relevant data and insights
  • Self-sufficient and able to independently troubleshoot, find solutions and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle multiple reports & requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights and reports
