Our client is seeking an operationally driven Program Specialist to help define the future of marketing.

We’re looking for a highly organized, operations-focused Marketing Manager to support two key programs: Opal (content planning and collaboration tool) and Get Social (employee advocacy program). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values operational excellence, and is passionate about supporting teams through smart systems and storytelling.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This full-time role (40 hours/week) supports two areas within SAP Marketing:

  • Opal (80%) — Lead daily operations, support onboarding, training, configuration, and platform support to ensure a seamless user experience and scalable governance.
  • Get Social (20%) — Support the employee advocacy program with operational tasks, campaign support, and platform coordination.

You will report to a dual-role leader overseeing both areas, empowering you to lead operationally while receiving strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

Opal Operations (80%)

  • Serve as the primary contact for Opal-related inquiries, support, and platform needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls, onboard users, and create demo boards.
  • Maintain Opal University, manage SharePoint resources, and develop training materials.
  • Host weekly office hours, organize meetings, and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Manage requests, oversee configuration changes, and maintain governance practices.
  • Handle license management, access requests, and compliance.

Get Social Support (20%)

  • Assist with administrative and content management tasks.
  • Support the program as needed.

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in program management, tool implementation, or operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator in cross-functional settings.
  • Familiar with collaboration tools like Opal, Sprinklr, Khoros, Wrike, etc. Bonus if experienced with employee advocacy platforms like EveryoneSocial.
  • Creative, process-minded, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with relevant tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives.
  • Experience in large or matrixed organizations.
  • Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
