- Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field such as Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
- 3 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
- Experience working in marketing analytics, and analyzing marketing performance.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working in marketing analytics.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance and driving business impact.
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling and SQL.
- Ability to build presentations and communicate with executive stakeholders by synthesizing data sets into meaningful insights.
About the jobYou will drive measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. You will directly analyze large data sets, and design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineers, you will tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs.
In this role, you will support the Google Workspace Marketing team by providing business critical insights, aligning marketing and sales goals and driving day-to-day cross-functional operations. As a key member of the Planning and Insights team, you will analyze business performance and uncover growth opportunities for the Google workspace enterprise segment. You will partner with demand generation, regional marketing and sales teams to deliver insights and drive execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver regular reports to marketing leadership and stakeholders, communicating business performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis on observed data trends for programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand regional performance nuances, identify best practices and provide tailored insights to optimize plans and execution.
- Explore marketing data to identify trends, patterns and key insights that uncover new growth opportunities or areas for efficiency improvements.
- Develop reporting dashboards and analysis tools leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) based on business requirements.
