About The Role

Position overview The Performance Marketing Analyst (Junior) executes and optimizes paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Microsoft Bing. The primary focus is to target prospective students and their families actively searching for private or online schools, with an emphasis on maximizing return on investment and ensuring campaign profitability. This role works closely with senior team members and marketing teams from various divisions to support the digital presence and drive enrollment inquiries. This is a remote, temporary (three months) salaried position, with potential extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. Preference is given to candidates based in or able to align with Pacific Time (PST).

Qualifications

Required Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields. Preferably, candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics, with familiarity in managing digital advertising campaigns and data analysis tools. Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, a proactive learning attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing digital trends are essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing Analysts to develop, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Bing search networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, inquiries, cost per inquiry, and inquiry-to-enrollment ratios.
  • Work with senior team members to analyze data and refine campaigns to reduce costs per inquiry and per enrollment, ensuring profitability and ROI targets.
  • Conduct industry research on digital advertising trends and share insights with marketing and communication teams to inform strategy.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential search terms and optimize ad relevance.
  • Stay updated on Google trends, product features, and new advertising opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain account health by collaborating with platform support teams and implementing best practices for campaign management.
  • Analyze auction insights, competitor strategies, and market offerings to craft compelling ad content that highlights each brand’s unique value propositions.
