OpenTrain AI is seeking a Marketing AI Model Evaluation SME for an expert-level contractor role. You will review AI model outputs for marketing tasks, write accurate solutions grounded in real marketing practice, and develop scoring rubrics for brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning work.

You will support research and engineering teams by improving the quality and consistency of training data used for foundational AI models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, such as brand strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience evaluating LLM or AI model outputs against rubrics or structured scoring criteria.
• Ability to write clear, accurate, and well-reasoned feedback on model answers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics and provide written feedback on correctness, judgment, and reasoning quality.
• Design marketing tasks and write well-reasoned solutions grounded in practical marketing experience.
