Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Community Marketing Agent to engage visitors at local attractions, promoting our vacation club experience and inviting guests to sales previews.

You will act as a friendly brand ambassador, delivering information and qualifying interest in a fast-paced, in-person environment. Responsibilities include inviting guests to presentations, handling deposits, and coordinating tours, while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and complying with company

How You’ll Shine As a Community Marketing Agent, you’ll work with popular local attractions to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. In this sales-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. You’ll also invite and incentive guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.

Though no two days are the same at Travel + Leisure Co, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Engage, excite, and convert prospective customers by delivering an irresistible invitation to a sales‑preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.

What You’ll Bring

• A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
• We train you to succeed — no prior sales experience needed
• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
