The Role

We're seeking a versatile operational expert who will wear multiple hats as a strategic advisor to leadership, people manager, and operational executor. This multifaceted role combines business operations, talent management, and project oversight in a fully remote environment.

Role Breakdown

70% Project Management: Overseeing client projects, supporting Account Managers, and ensuring deliverable excellence

20% Staff Management: Recruiting top talent, developing team members, and cultivating a high-performance remote culture

10% Strategic Support: Partnering with leadership on key initiatives and agency growth

Key Responsibilities

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions

Monitor project timelines and facilitate smooth delivery

Team Management & Development

Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier remote talent

Design and implement onboarding processes for new team members

Provide regular coaching and feedback to help team members grow

Develop performance improvement plans when necessary

Foster team culture and cohesion despite geographic distribution

Strategic Leadership Support

Serve as a strategic thought partner to agency leadership

Prepare briefings and decision-making materials for leadership
