Job summary

Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School is seeking a Marketing (Advancement) Associate to support marketing, communications, and fundraising efforts. The role focuses on social media, content creation, events promotion, and donor communications under the Director of Marketing and Communications.

You will produce weekly emails and newsletters, craft graphics and copy for school communications, and help optimize the Bernardzell.org site while coordinating with departments and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with graphic design tools for digital, print, and website marketing; Canva preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience managing and maintaining a CRM database preferred.
• Experience in organic social media marketing; paid advertising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing a social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Produce weekly emails and bi-weekly newsletters in Finalsite; create content with Director of Marketing.
• Create graphics and copy for communications and materials for events and programs.
• Take photos/videos at key events for distribution via social media and channels.
• Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and recommend content updates.
• Maintain Bernardzell.org website pages and create new ones as needed.
• Design print and digital advertisements and promotional materials; manage vendor relationships.
