Role Description

This is a part-time, remote, 8 week internship role (unpaid) for a Marketing & Admin Partner at Go Green Fine Interiors. The Marketing & Admin Partner will be responsible for assisting with marketing strategies, administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations. Daily tasks may include social media management, content creation, email campaigns, phone calls, data entry, and customer service.

In exchange for your support, you’ll receive mentorship and coaching directly from the owner and head designer, customized to support your career or business goals.

This trial phase is meant to help both of us assess alignment, trust, and working style. If it’s a great match, the goal is to evolve this into a long-term role — potentially part-time (leading to full-time) and paid, or profit-sharing as the business grows.

You’ll be a core part of Go Green Fine Interiors, helping shape our future in both impact and income.

• Weekly Commitment: 15–20 hours/week
• Trial Duration: 8 weeks
• Start Date: Flexible (June/July 2025)
• Wrap-Up & Evaluation: End of Week 8

Qualifications

• Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation skills
• Administrative, Data Entry, and Customer Service skills
• Experience with email campaigns and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Passion for interior design, sustainability, and conscious living
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred: Background or interest in interior design, sustainability, or health and wellness — these are core to our brand values and client work
