Responsibilities

• Provide admin support (emails, data entry, calls, coordination).
• Assist with event prep and logistics.
• Create marketing materials using Canva (flyers, signage).
• Help manage firm and client-facing brand and social media.
• Respond to messages professionally.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and content planning.
• Support special projects and new initiatives.
