Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and creatively inclined Admin/Marketing Assistant with a background in the beauty industry. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is perfect for someone who excels at balancing administrative duties with creative marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tekmatix (or similar CRM systems) and Canva, and will be confident in managing digital workflows, creating branded materials, and handling backend tech tasks.


Role & responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day admin and tech tasks using Tekmatix CRM.
  • Maintain client records, automation workflows, and online forms.
  • Support client onboarding processes and consultation scheduling.
  • Organize and manage digital files, booking systems, and contact databases.

Marketing & Design

  • Design and update consultation cards, service menus, and digital templates using Canva.
  • Create branded marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and lead magnets.
  • Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels in Tekmatix.
  • Help manage and update website landing pages (via Tekmatix).

Campaign & Content Management

  • Draft and format email newsletters and automated email templates.
  • Assist in content calendar planning and execution.
  • Coordinate promotions or seasonal campaign materials.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in Canva for professional design and branding and Beauty industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Tekmatix CRM (or similar platforms like Kajabi, Kartra, etc.).
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of marketing funnel strategies and lead generation.
  • Experience working with email marketing tools and basic automation.
  • Eye for clean, modern design aligned with beauty brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to self-manage and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
