Majestic Resorts is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join their team remotely in the U.S. This role involves developing marketing strategies and managing campaigns to enhance business growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking to incorporate a Marketing Account Manager.
This professional will be a key point of contact when establishing media plans with strategic partners and will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote business growth opportunities for Majestic Resorts.
This position is remote, located in the United States.
This role will develop B2B marketing tactics in the U.S. and Canadian markets by executing multiple marketing functions, including design, and delegating to other copywriters, designers, and marketing specialists when support is needed.
It’s essential for this position to establish efficiencies to improve communications and workflows with our travel partners. The aptitude to collaborate cross-department is vital to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
Experience:
• 5+ years of professional design and / or marketing experience, hotel industry is preferred but not required
Language(s):
• English (Fluency)
• Spanish (Willingness to learn)
Required skills:
• Creative drive and a keen eye for innovative ideas and design trends
• Determination to resolve feedback or issues in a timely manner
• Experience or working knowledge of designing digital banners, emails, and websites
• Familiarity with best practices for digital and graphic design
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn database management of leads
• Knowledge of CMS and email platforms (Mailchimp, taConnect)
• Ability to develop brand identity through multiple assets
• Ability to print-ready / preflight files and deliver completely and work with print vendors
• Basic knowledge of copywriting and proofreading, ideally for B2B audiences
• Confidence in managing deadlines and tasks through project management software (Monday.com)
• Demonstrated ability to design for tradeshow events
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Bonus experience or skills:
• Basic knowledge of coding (HTML5, CSS)
• CRM and marketing automation tools, plus understanding the user journey
• Event or tradeshow planning
Travel requirements:
Travel could be required for this position to gain first-hand knowledge of the product. Additionally, this role may require attending 1-2 tradeshows per year for insight and providing support in representing our brand at these events
