Job summary

Packer City/UP International is seeking a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our brand across digital platforms, promotions, and inventory listings. You will create content, manage social media, assist with campaigns, and coordinate with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor's in marketing, strong writing and organizational skills, familiarity with Word and Excel, and a willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite; a driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to bring new ideas to the table.
• A valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in promoting our brand and supporting the success of multiple departments. No two days are the same—you'll have the opportunity to create engaging content, manage digital platforms, support company promotions, and help tell the story of our business.
