Guidehouse India is seeking a Market Surveillance Compliance analyst to detect potential insider trading and market abuse using advanced surveillance technologies. You will work across the Global Compliance Department in a multi-office setup, focusing on alerts, investigations, and project-based enhancements.

Responsibilities include analyzing events, coordinating with engineering and AML groups, and supporting cross-unit surveillance initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years’ experience with various product types including fixed-income securities and derivatives.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience in Pivot tables and VLookup.

Responsabilidades

• Identify insider trading, information barrier, and market manipulation scenarios through investigations and analysis of trading alerts.
• Research market-moving events and create market color, analyze trading in context, and support recommendations.
• Investigate trading issues flagged by business units and coordinate with strategy groups and Engineering for surveillance models.
• Collaborate with AML teams on trading investigations and potential SAR escalations.
• Lead or participate in projects related to market-moving events and enhance trade surveillance controls.
