The role includes ensuring timely collection of required documents and conducting sales activities away from bank locations. Candidates should have NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years in mortgage/sales/real estate/banking, with the ability to travel as part of duties.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, plus ongoing regulatory compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned market.
• Takes applications and submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Follows up to secure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Spends at least 50% of time away from U.S. Bank locations conducting sales activities.
