Required Qualifications

  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior management and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and train staff effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience selling to headquarter-level personnel
  • At least 2 years of experience managing sales professionals
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management, including hiring and developing team members
