Responsibilities

• Oversee all retail areas at The Market, including inventory, receiving, processing, merchandising and asset protection.
• Ensure The Market is clean, well-stocked, organized, sale-ready and compliant with standards.
• Manage seasonal product planning, rotation, visual merchandising and promotions.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers to Wilson’s Cove and align product presentation with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs across locations.
• Provide guest assistance on floor and support cross-selling with hotel/restaurant teams.
• Collaborate on purchasing, replenishment and vendor coordination post 90 days.
