Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outgoing interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people across all areas of the organization and with current and prospective customer organizations.
• Ability to work as part of a team, and independently while managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Possess general web research skills and enter information into a master database following provided instructions.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research (web, email, and telephone) to support the client projects for OPEN MINDS corporate databases
• Draft correspondence (emails) as directed to obtain market research data
• Complete follow-up calls as standard validation process for client projects
• Complete follow-up calls to complete corporate surveys
• Maintain the master database, accurately entering new records and updating current record systems
