• Support the property manager with day-to-day operations and data updates.
• Facilitate communication between the Investment Manager and third party property managers and selling agents.

Position Duties

• Conduct market and financial impact analyses for portfolio summaries and investor reports, including updating weekly investment reports, as well as preparing marketing and research presentations for investor pitches and business development;
• Compile the Quarterly Investor;
• Update report and assist the manager with quarterly loan reports;
• Support the property manager with day-to-day operations, including updating utility information and assisting with daily management tasks;
• Play a key role in facilitating communication between the Investment Manager and third party property managers and selling agents.
