Job description

In this position, the focus is to support Dealers in the Region to ensure compliance with the Sales and Service Agreement, achieve growth in sales & market share, and improve customer satisfaction while maintaining the financial health of the dealership and network. The role involves providing Business consulting and handling day-to-day market rep and contract-related questions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, business development, and operational management.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support Dealer locations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Dealer contact experience is mandatory.
  • Multiple years of knowledge of dealership operations are mandatory.
  • Experience in creating meaningful analysis through reports and presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to interface with all management levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team-oriented with relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for results, analytics skills, and business acumen.
  • Commitment to process discipline and continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Working knowledge of Ford data systems such as EIS, DPES, CBS, TSO2, FBMI, GOLDD, Dealer Statements on the Web, etc.
