A leading automotive company is seeking a Business Consultant to support Dealers by ensuring compliance with standards, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales growth. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with extensive experience in dealership operations and financial analysis. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication abilities, driving results in a flexible and collaborative work environment.
In this position, the focus is to support Dealers in the Region to ensure compliance with the Sales and Service Agreement, achieve growth in sales & market share, and improve customer satisfaction while maintaining the financial health of the dealership and network. The role involves providing Business consulting and handling day-to-day market rep and contract-related questions.
