This is a day-to-day operations leadership role in which you will ensure Property Operation’s activities are aligned with the company’s financial and operational objectives. You'll leverage your leadership qualities to positively influence colleagues to embrace the Company's operating objectives.

You will lead a team to manage the commercial real estate and security operations for an assigned portfolio of properties. This includes financial responsibilities such as budget management and reporting, facility-level security-operations, customer relationship management, ad hoc project management and capital deployment while coordinating with other teams.
