Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related major required.
• 10+ years of banking experience with emphasis on lending.
• 5+ years managing teams including all aspects of a bank location.
• Excellent credit analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
• Computer skills, especially Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the assigned market.
• Lead, manage and drive sales activities of the Bank in the market.
• Maintain good credit quality at the market level.
• Drive deposit growth.
• Strong and proactive participation in the Company's Executive Management Team.
