Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related major.
• 10+ years of banking experience with emphasis on lending.
• 5+ years managing teams, including all aspects of a bank location.
• Excellent credit analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
• Computer skills, especially ability to work in Windows based systems.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the assigned market and lead market strategy.
• Lead, manage and drive sales activities of the Bank in the market.
• Achieve loan growth goals per annual budget and five year plan.
• Create strong sales culture and track performance.
• Maintain good credit quality at the market level.
• Drive deposit growth and work with branches to reach goals.
• Participate in Executive Management Team and attend EVP meetings.
