Job summary

Granite Management, LLC is seeking a Market President to provide leadership, accountability, and strategic oversight across the Bloomington market. This role is responsible for market-level P&L ownership, team performance, and the consistent execution of Granite’s operating platform.

The MP will oversee market-specific teams through regular in-person property visits and ongoing digital engagement, partnering with the COO and executive leadership to improve operational performance, increase NOI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in property management or a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational change.

Responsibilities
