Job description

About the Role:

This is a fully remote role supporting a dedicated region (IL, WI) and nationwide. A Market President is responsible for achieving sales targets within a defined territory, with the ability to sell into other territories nationally; involving direct sales, up-sell sales to the company’s existing base, national group sales, and sales via channel partners.

Qualified Candidates Need:
  • Significant fixed-ops experience, preferably with a background selling fixed operations solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive service department.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute sales policies and practices remotely.
  • Coordinate communications, support sales plan objectives, and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the VP of marketing.
  • Develop and recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Implement approved distribution strategies.
  • Manage multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Build, develop, and manage a sales team capable of executing sales and service initiatives.
  • Maintain regular communication with account managers regarding their activities.
  • Disseminate product knowledge, initiatives, and trends to the field.
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with retail managers and representatives, ensuring open communication channels.
Market President Daily Activity Expectations:
  1. Travel approximately 3 days per week in-market.
  2. Visit 10+ dealers daily to generate new opportunities.
  3. Complete an average of 2 meetings per day.
  4. Make 50+ phone calls and send 25+ emails daily from the office.
  5. Use Sugar CRM to document and update the sales funnel.
  6. Enter data into Dynaquote to produce proforma/investment figures for closing new accounts.
  7. Send DocuSign documents to all decision-makers after meetings.

In addition, strategic market planning and mapping technology help maximize travel efficiency. Weekly team huddles, sales meetings, and occasional Allego video training are part of our ongoing development efforts.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus a variable compensation package ($100,000 - $250,000).
