Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market
  • Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Essential Job Functions
  • Originate retail and commercial loans, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Provide guidance and support to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan transactions
  • Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
  • Conduct market analysis and identify areas for business expansion
  • Represent the bank in various community and industry events
