A global risk management firm is seeking a leader to manage P&L and drive the strategy for account screening products within the Financial Crimes Compliance vertical. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with product and sales teams to enhance customer experiences and generate business growth. This person will manage the P&L and drive global commercial strategy, defining and driving the execution of a portfolio of account screening products within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) vertical, reporting into the Global Head of Screening Strategy. This person will work on Screening Portfolio strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Finance to manage near- and longer-term strategic product initiatives. The leader will also need to stay current with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends, and compliance practices across key regions globally.
This position can be remote in the US but will require collaboration with colleagues across the globe. Eastern Time (ET) zone is preferred for maximum overlap of time zones.
Work closely with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Commercial and Product strategies, roadmaps and associated business cases for capital investments.
Drive strong growth for specific screening products while ensuring a focus on customer experience.
Drive strategic pricing and other Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that generate incremental value for the business and our customers.
Work with regional colleagues to ensure regional plans align with the global screening strategy.
Work with colleagues to develop out M&A or partnership opportunities in line with global FCC and business services strategy.
Work closely with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Product strategies and roadmaps and associated business cases.
Partner closely with Sales to win new business, expand existing relationships, and drive referrals.
Partner closely with Marketing to ensure screening products are well positioned, represented, heightening brand awareness and trust, and drive qualified leads to Sales.
Partner with Professional Services to ensure their plans are aligned and reflective of the product portfolio screening strategy.
Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry/regulatory trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.
Interact with clients (both internal and external) to craft solutions that meet client needs, thereby increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Clearly communicate global FCC strategy to regions and functions as needed.
Represent the FCC business and the company at internal/external events and conferences, interact with analyst firms and provide thought leadership.
Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization.
Business acumen and strategic planning.
Disciplined management of complex agenda.
Critical thinking and analytical skills, and high level of comfort with creative problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; public-speaking experience is a plus; team player.
Strong presentation skills; comfortable with presenting to senior executive leadership.
Domain expertise in the FCC space is preferred.
4-5 years of experience is preferred, with 2-3 years in management consulting, commercial strategy, product strategy, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles.
P&L experience is preferred, but not required.
Business degree (BBA/MBA) or engineering background is preferred.

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.
