In this Securities and Derivatives Associate Analyst role, you will support the trade lifecycle from post-execution to settlement and collaborate with Front Office, Technology, and clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients.
• Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions.
• Perform essential checks to safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Build strong client partnerships by working directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries and support trade processing.
• Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale.

From the moment you join, you’ll play an integral part in the trade lifecycle, helping ensure trades move seamlessly after initial execution through to final settlement. You’ll work closely with Front Office, Technology, internal and external clients and Global Operations - contributing to efficient trade execution, strong controls, and first-class client experience.

This role offers unmatched exposure to the breadth of Citi’s markets business and provides a clear pathway for long‑term career development across a wide range of operational and strategic functions.

What you’ll do
