Job summary

Citi’s Markets Operations team in Getzville, NY, is seeking a motivated professional to support the trade lifecycle and help ensure accurate processing from execution through settlement.

You'll collaborate with Front Office, Technology, clients, and Global Operations to improve controls, drive automation, and deliver a seamless front‑to‑back client experience. Citi supports ongoing training and a hybrid work model.

• Solve Real Operational Challenges: Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions.
• Strengthen Controls & Improve How We Work: Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Build Strong Client Partnerships: Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front-to-back experience.
• Build Market & Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale.

From the moment you join, you’ll play an integral part in the trade lifecycle, helping ensure trades move seamlessly after initial execution through to final settlement. You’ll work closely with Front Office, Technology, internal and external clients and Global Operations - contributing to efficient trade execution, strong controls, and first-class client experience.
