Job Description The Market Operations Analyst provides operational support and risk management consultation for Small Business Banking teams within an assigned market or region. This role partners closely with bankers, relationship managers, and business leaders to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, mitigate risk, and support the resolution of complex customer and operational issues. The analyst independently evaluates situations and makes time-sensitive, risk-based decisions that may have significant financial or operational impact. This individual serves as a trusted advisor, helping business partners navigate procedures, strengthen controls, and improve adherence to operational requirements. In addition, the role supports process improvement initiatives, analyzes workflows and operational challenges, develops recommendations to increase efficiency, assists with testing and implementation of system enhancements, and delivers training and communication materials to support organizational change. The Market Operations Analyst collaborates across multiple business lines, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and helps drive positive outcomes for employees, customers, and the bank.
The role offers a hybrid schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week at one of the posted hub locations.

Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
