Job summary

Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking an On-Call Market Barista to join our Market Team. You will assist guests in our quick-service market, prepare beverages and food, and help with cashiering while delivering a warm, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage experience preferred, especially as a Barista.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.58/hour to $23.03/hour. The starting rate for this position is $22.58/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years, which is currently $23.03/hour. This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest’s discretion, as well as service charges on applicable orders. When a delivery is made to a guest's room, this position will earn an additional $5 per delivery made.
