The Market Manager - Foodservice is a key member of the Copeland Global Cold Chain team, focused on creating and driving the Cold Chain market strategy for the Americas Foodservice and adjacent markets. This role serves as the internal expert on market trends, dynamics, and customer needs, translating market insights into actionable strategies, investment priorities, and long‑term growth opportunities aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include market segmentation, analysis of market size and growth rates, and development of strategies to drive solution development across Copeland compression, controls, and enterprise software offerings. The Manager also leads market research, maintains the Copeland market model, and assesses competitive, industry, and regulatory trends to inform cross‑functional teams.
Sidney, Ohio – the newly renovated Sidney campus boasts 1 M square feet of manufacturing floor and 120 k square feet of leading‑edge lab facilities. The facility serves as the headquarters for the air conditioning and cold chain businesses and offers opportunities for advancement within Sidney.
