Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Market Manager to lead clinic performance in Cincinnati. You will report to the COO and guide business, financial accountability, and people leadership while collaborating with nurse practitioners to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.

You will drive revenue, coach teams, optimize operations, and use data to elevate guest experiences and loyalty across the network. This is a growth-focused leadership role in a premier aesthetics organization.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics or related service industry.
• Demonstrated success improving business performance through operational leadership.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, labor, inventory and ops.
• Experience partnering with licensed healthcare providers or provider-based settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Your Opportunity

As Market Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead every aspect of clinic performance.

Reporting to the COO, you will work alongside talented Nurse Practitioners and providers to create an environment where providers can focus on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes while you lead the business through operational excellence, financial accountability, and people leadership.

You’ll have the autonomy to influence results, develop future leaders, improve operational performance, and help shape the future of a growing organization committed to excellence.

What You’ll Lead

As the business leader of the clinic, you will:

• Drive clinic revenue, profitability, and overall business performance
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing clinic team
• Partner with providers to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and guest outcomes while respecting clinical autonomy
• Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, compliance, and operational execution
• Use business data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Strengthen membership growth, guest retention, rebooking, and retail performance
• Ensure every guest experiences the elevated hospitality and personalized care that defines Face Forward
• Create a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service

What You Bring

We’re looking for an accomplished leader who has successfully grown a business through people, operational excellence, and financial accountability.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Three or more years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare, luxury hospitality, wellness, or another service-focused industry
• Demonstrated success improving business performance through operational leadership
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance
• Experience partnering with licensed healthcare providers or working in a provider-based environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences

Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, ophthalmology, or another outpatient healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
