RAS Logistics LLC is seeking a Market Manager to lead final mile delivery operations and oversee Supervisors and Drivers in the Neenah area. You will drive performance, customer satisfaction, and market growth while ensuring compliance and profitability.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, with oversight of budgeting, payroll approvals, and field-based leadership. In-person work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or last‑mile delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (written & verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
• Troubleshoot service, safety, and customer escalations throughout the day.
• Manage budget performance, accounts receivable, and driver settlements.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics (QOS, TDI, On-Time Delivery, etc.).
• Perform regular field audits to ensure compliance and delivery quality.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and customer service.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Supervisors and Drivers (employees and/or ICs).
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for delivery teams.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field to engage and develop delivery personnel.
• Ensure accurate route planning and delivery team assignments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage internal reporting, payroll approvals, and compliance documentation.

This critical leadership role will manage Supervisors and Delivery Drivers while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and profitability.

This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, strong operational expertise, and the ability to work independently while making sound, data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products

Requirements
