Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory materials.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
  • Troubleshoot service, safety, and customer escalations throughout the day.
  • Manage budget performance, accounts receivable, and driver settlements.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics (QOS, TDI, On-Time Delivery, etc.).
  • Perform regular field audits to ensure compliance and delivery quality.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and customer service.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Manager to lead and oversee final mile delivery operations, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and market growth. This critical leadership role will manage Supervisors and Delivery Drivers while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and profitability.

This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, strong operational expertise, and the ability to work independently while making sound, data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products
  • Troubleshoot service, safety, and customer escalations throughout the day
  • Manage budget performance, accounts receivable, and driver settlements
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics (QOS, TDI, On-Time Delivery, etc.)
  • Perform regular field audits to ensure compliance and delivery quality
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and customer service
Delivery Team Leadership
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Supervisors and Drivers (employees and/or ICs)
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for delivery teams
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field to engage and develop delivery personnel
Client & Customer Focus
  • Ensure accurate route planning and delivery team assignments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Administrative Duties
  • Manage internal reporting, payroll approvals, and compliance documentation
  • Use company systems and tools to monitor operations and performance metrics
  • Assist with special projects or duties as assigned by leadership
