Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Market Leader Trainee in Minnesota to oversee multi-unit operations across 100-150 stores. You will lead 8-10 Area Leaders, counsel store operators, and drive sales and gross profit while managing P&L responsibilities. A BS/BA with MBA preferred and willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate as needed are required.

The role offers structured training over ~12 months, a company vehicle for market leadership, and opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Market Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

The Market Leader assists and counsels Area Leaders and Store Operators (store managers and franchisees) in the daily operations of their stores with a goal to maximize sales and gross profit. Pay: $105,000.00 -$152,500.00 Annual
