7-Eleven is looking for a Market Leader Trainee in New York City to oversee a dynamic team of Area Leaders across 100-150 stores. The position involves daily operational counseling and maximizing store sales. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail and foodservice management.

The training program lasts 12 months and offers various benefits including a 401K plan and paid time off. A base pay range of $120,000 - $130,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience including P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing 100-150 stores or 15-50 stores.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region approximately 25% of the time.

Market Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

Are you looking for an exciting fast‑paced work environment where you will typically lead a group of 8‑10 Area Leaders with responsibility for approximately 100–150 stores? The Market Leader assists and counsels Area Leaders and Store Operators (store managers and franchisees) in the daily operations of their stores with a goal to maximize sales and gross profit. What You Bring

• Staffing, training, and supervising Area Leaders
• 5‑10 years of related experience including P&L responsibility
• BS/BA degree with an MBA preferred
• Experience with multi‑unit management for both company ops and franchise ops: small box: 100‑150 stores or big box: 15‑50 stores
• Strong experience with retail merchandising. Preferably in the C‑Store and the foodservice industries
• Ability to travel within the assigned region with overnight travel approximately 25% of the time
• Ability to relocate as needed for this role
