Are you looking for an exciting, fast-paced work environment where you will typically lead a group of 8-10 Area Leaders responsible for approximately 100–150 stores? The Market Leader assists and counsels Area Leaders and Store Operators (store managers and franchisees) to maximize sales and gross profit. This role is a key change agent in a dynamic, evolving business.

What You Bring
  • Experience in staffing, training, and supervising Area Leaders
  • 5-10 years of related experience, including P&L responsibility
  • BS/BA degree; MBA preferred
  • Experience managing multiple stores (small box: 100-150 stores or big box: 15-50 stores)
  • Strong retail merchandising experience, preferably in C-Store and foodservice industries
  • Ability to travel within the region (approx. 25% overnight travel)
  • Willingness to relocate as needed
