Cox Enterprises is seeking a Manager, Market Intelligence to lead competitive insights across Growth Operations and CEI holdings. You will synthesize data from earnings, reports, and industry sources to guide strategy and product development.

The role requires strong financial analysis, multi-portfolio thinking, and excellence in communication. Hybrid work is available, with regular collaboration across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required + 8+ years of relevant work experience OR MS degree + 6 years OR PhD + 3 years OR 12+ years with no degree.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and metrics.
• Ability to cover multiple, dissimilar competitive sets simultaneously rather than a single industry.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on market and competitors across Cox Enterprises' Growth Operations and CEI holdings; build areas of expertise and share with the CEI team.
• Perform research and analysis on competitors and adjacent players; assess market presence and business models.
• Identify cross-portfolio patterns and surface threats or opportunities spanning multiple businesses.
• Develop competitive briefs, landscape reports, and executive presentations; create battle cards with stakeholders.
• Analyze financial statements and metrics to translate data into strategic implications for Cox businesses.
• Coordinate and synthesize competitive insights, maintaining adjacency profiles and strong networks.
