Job summary

RHI Magnesita is seeking a Summer 2027 Market Intelligence Intern to support North America steel and industrial markets. This fully remote, paid internship offers hands-on analytics, business strategy insight, and exposure to AI tools working with sales leaders.

You'll build dashboards and market summaries in Excel and Power BI, analyze data sources, and translate findings into actionable insights for commercial decision-making. Travel may be available for exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.


• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.


• Interest in market intelligence, business strategy, sales analytics, AI, or commercial decision‑making.


• Effective communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to various audiences.


• Strong curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced industrial environment.


• Previous internship, project work, or coursework involving data analysis is beneficial but not required.
