Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of and prior experience with Excel/PowerPoint.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor competitor performance and market developments across coatings/building products sectors.
Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and reports highlighting insights and implications.
Assist in design, execution, and analysis of market research studies, surveys, and customer feedback programs.
Coordinate product testing initiatives with internal stakeholders and external participants.
Assist in test design, data collection, and analysis to ensure reliable results.
Develop recurring and ad hoc reports supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
Analyze business performance metrics to support strategic initiatives.
