Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Market Manager in California to guide the market toward sales goals within territory and key accounts. You will lead customers, distributors, and agency partners, driving new business and long-lasting relationships while based in Orange County or Long Beach, CA.

You will collaborate across Bacardi resources to achieve increased volumes, develop customer strategies, manage budgets, and present compelling ROI analyses. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or related experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in spirits/beverage industry; 2+ years on/off premise experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of on/off premise business drivers affecting customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bacardi resources and distributors to maximize performance and sales.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts to translate strategies into ROI.
• Manage budget with financial acumen, focusing on profitability, pricing, and logistics.
• Provide market updates on conditions affecting volumes and staffing at distributors.
