Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Regional Manager (Market General Manager) to lead multiple market locations, align sales and operations, and drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will partner with Marketing, Call Center, CSS, and Operations to ensure market objectives, staffing, and financial performance are met, while building high-performing teams and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations, management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-location operations or general management.
• Proven experience leading B2C sales and operational teams in a growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead market leadership and business performance across assigned locations.
• Direct and develop Sales Managers and Installation Managers.
• Drive strategies to grow revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure alignment of lead generation, sales, operations, and staffing.
• Monitor financial metrics including EBITDA, costs, and productivity.
• Develop leadership capability and succession within markets.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to improve performance.
