• Lead market leadership across multiple locations to drive revenue growth and EBITDA.
• Direct and develop Sales Managers and Installation Managers for consistent execution.
• Drive market strategies to improve lead gen, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture across markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Call Center, CSS/Operations to align priorities.
